If you’re not totally satisfied, we are more than happy to extend a full refund to you via your original form of payment as long as the product(s) meet all of the following requirements:
- Product has not been used or opened
- Product is not damaged
- Product is returned within 30 days of delivery receipt
Products that are returned opened, damaged or after the 30 day window has expired will not be refunded. You may be eligible for store credit depending on circumstance.
Once your return has been submitted, refunds generally take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your original form of payment, depending on the banking or credit institution.
